This song was written with language development in mind and is intended to support connection with the book “How Bout Some Help.” It is for enjoyment, not practice or performance. There is no right way to experience it. Listening, humming, echoing, or asking to hear it again all count.

• Listen during book reading!

  • A child might follow along, building book knowledge with pages turning left to right, making connections with the language sung to the written language in the book. This is literacy knowledge developing!

• Keep in mind, a child does not need to be looking at a book to enjoy the story or to process the language as it is being read (or sung) to them!

  • Play during car rides or daily routines
